The citizen science project "Public boards" collects images from bulletin boards around the world. The project is a collaboration between Vetenskap och Allmänhet (Science and Public), University of Gothenburg, University of Stockholm and European Researchers Night.
By using SPOTTERON you will collect detailed information about various messages posted on bulletin boards. The data is added to a database, which becomes available to several researchers. The research addresses how bulletin boards are used, what messages are communicated and how language and images are used to spread information.
